Improving the level of organisational change management maturity across a number corporate and government clients in Singapore

We were approached by several corporate organisations
from multi-national banks, pharmaceutical companies and
government statutory boards (Utilities & Finance) in
Singapore, particularly from the Learning & Development
Department who expressed their interest in our change
management programmes.
They wanted to understand how they could improve their
change management capabilities in a one or two-day
programme for the enrolment of their employees.

The objective was to design a roadmap
and propose Prosci change management training
programmes to train individuals at every level of the
organisations
