Participants of CMC Singapore's Prosci Practitioner Certification are now eligible to apply for funding. This includes the SkillsFuture Study Award for Human Resource, government funding from the Ministry of Manpower,  UTAP, the Union Training Assistance Programme, or the VCF training grant for charities.

About the programme

Our Prosci Change Management Certification Programme is an interactive, three-day learning experience where participants gain the knowledge, skills and tools to drive successful change initiatives.

During the programme, they apply holistic change management methodology to a current project. By the end of the programme, participants have a change management plan designed to effectively manage change and enhance project results.
