Certified practitioners need to indicate your first name, last name, email address and your referee's first name, last name and email address on the form above.
Step 2: An email with your referral code will be sent to your referee's email address and you will receive a 15% referral code for your next workshop with us, via email too
Once we’ve received your details, a unique 15% referral code will be sent across to your referee's email address and you will also receive a 15% referral code from us for your next workshop.
When you’ve officially certified as a Change Management Practitioner by attending the 3-day Prosci Change Management Practitioner programme!
Once you've completed the form on the referral page, a 15% discount code will be sent to you and your referee will also receive a unique 15% discount code for enrolment into the Prosci Change Management Certification Programme.
Do take note that both 15% discount codes will be de-activated once they have been used.
