Change is a constant in our daily lives, whether it's in our personal, work or community spheres. It's an essential and unavoidable part of growth, but it can also be overwhelming at times. Fortunately, the Prosci ADKAR Model provides a comprehensive framework for navigating individual change. 

A - Awareness of the need for change

D - Desire to participate and engage in the change

K - Knowledge of the skills and competencies needed to successfully change

A - Ability to perform the necessary skills, and 

R - Reinforcement to sustain the change                             

As we navigate change using the Prosci ADKAR Model, it's important to recognize that progress is not always linear. Individuals may encounter their own personal barriers along the way. But fear not, join us for our meet-up where we will delve into practical strategies for overcoming these obstacles and empowering oneself to successfully move through each element of the model.
