Prosci Train-the-Trainer Programme Level 2

Expand your role-based training beyond Level 1, developing change practitioners and skilled sponsors within your organisation.

The Train-the-Trainer Program Level 2 immerses you in the change management teaching experience and transitions you to the role of facilitator for all roles within your organisation. As a Train-the-Trainer Level 2 graduate, you’re qualified to train and develop your entire team in-house, improving the overall change-readiness of your organisation while reducing the long-term costs of change management training.

Train-the-Trainer Program Level 2 enables you to expand your reach from Level 1 and teach the Change Management Practitioner Program and Change Management Sponsor Briefing. Level 1 (the prerequisite for Level 2) prepares you to internally teach programs for front-line employees, people managers, project managers and teams, and senior leaders. In both programs, you'll learn how to deliver your internal role-based training in person and virtually.

Who Should Attend?

Train-the-trainer is for change management professionals who are ready to start deploying change management training throughout their own organisation. The pre-requisite for the course is to have completed the Prosci Change Management Certification course within the last 24 months.

The Virtual Instructor-led Train-the-Trainer Programme is not designed for consultants or employees from consulting companies. Consulting companies that are looking to deploy change management capabilities within their organisation also need to pursue a different path and should contact us.

  • Must be practitioner certified in the last 2 years

  • If you certified prior to April 2021, you must first attend the  Methodology Application Programme or Re-certify, in order to be trained in the most up-to-date methodology (enquire about available 'package plans')

  • Must register at least 4 weeks in advance of the course commencement date

Learning Objectives

During level 2 of the Train-the-Trainer Programme, participants will:

  • Learn the purpose, objectives, intended audience and structure of Prosci's role-based programmes:

  • Review key learning modules and facilitation recommendations

  • Practice teaching select learning modules in front of the class and instructors
  • Receive feedback and recommendations for improving delivery

  • Craft a training delivery strategy to guide your future implementation of change management training

Internal Delivery Requirements and Purchasing Materials

For completion of Train-the-Trainer, you must facilitate your first Prosci® programme at your organisation. You can teach any of the role-based programs to successfully complete the Train-the-Trainer experience. You must purchase programme training materials for each participant in each programme you facilitate, either as individual sets or through an enterprise license to Prosci’s training content.
