Singapore
Swe Sin Tha
Swe is a training producer in our Singapore office. She works in tandem with our Prosci Instructors to customise training design and content, facilitate activities, and guide clients in the application of the Prosci tools and techniques.
Before joining the organisation, Swe worked as instructional designer for a SkillsFuture funded Textile and Fashion school and the largest non-profit coding program for kids in Singapore.
With a background in Computer Science, She is currently pursuing her MSc. in Science of Learning at NTU. Her research interests lies in education and lifelong learning policy.
Born in Myanmar and raised in Singapore, Swe speaks English, Burmese and a bit of Mandarin.
